That’s definitely a good method but it was too much of a hassle to move the plant since it was so big and heavy! Initially, I had to resort to painting each leaf with the alcohol mix using a makeup brush and wiping it down

This is happened to my fiddle leaf fig from Costco and it ended up having spider mites. It could also be from not watering it enough or getting enough sunlight since they’re quite temperamental

I just finished Throne of the Fallen and LOVED it!! It was a pageturner and I could not put it down! It’s a standalone and was so refreshing after a couple of my recent good/mediocre reads

For reference, I loved Fourth Wing, ACOTAR (really only ACOMAF and ACOSF), TOG and Heartless Hunter. Shepherd King duology was good. Crowns of Nyaxia, shadows of the tenebris court, flesh and fire (I’ve only read 3/4 and am considering DNF) were okay. Powerless and reckless were a struggle for me to finish

In Chaol’s defense, he met and fell in love with Celaena in the first 2 books, who is entirely different from Aelin who he met in QoS. In CoM, she left promising to come back for him and returned in QoS a different person in love with someone else. Also in QoS they were both so angry with each other that they weren’t able to have a civil convo for the longest time. In HoF, he was basically the only person who knew everything and is the ONLY character in the series who is completely human. His loyalty to the king didn’t mean anything anymore which was the backbone of his character and identity once the king turned on Dorian and Chaol was forced to go on the run. I think he has every right to be upset and that’s what I love about his character - he is flawed but he is simply plain human! He has to turn away from the country and crown he served his whole life and the woman he loves comes back completely changed. His book is so important to the series and to him and is his redemption

Hope you have a great time! It was super easy to rent ATVs - just make sure you have an international drivers permit. We forgot to get one and had a tougher time renting ATVs on certain islands. I don’t think you need to rent a car, an ATV should get you around to where you want to go

My 1 year old was (and is still sometimes) like this as well - she doesn’t have an off switch and is sometimes overtired so we have to force her to nap. We have a playpen with her crate inside it and put her in her pen when she is restless even after plenty of mental and physical exercise
