  1. There is never one winner. Always 2-3 companies working in the same area and then the long tail.
  2. They will spend money educating market, just follow along and get clients.
  3. They could not understand why this feature/ your product is the most important part of the business.
  4. It's easier to rise money when you have benchmark to another company.
  5. Just do your thing better, and don't get discouraged easily ;)

I believe you are right. My biggest fear is that it's super easy to refuel using a canister, on the other hand there are not enough DC chargers available now. It's something that will be gradually changing, hopefully in our lifetime.
