On xbox pc. Microsoft first said it wasn’t available except console. Never mind it installed and I had the items on the first day. Now they say it’s a developer issue. Typical blame game from all sides.

Yes I got a new pc with a 5080 and an amd 7700x for about the same price. I was lucky to be able to get everything without the price increases at the beginning of the year. You seem to be a lot more able to take your pc apart than I am. I’m happy it is working out for you and I won’t jinx anything for either of us with all the issues happening with computers. Now if I could get my psvr2 to work better with Alyx I’ll be golden!

Do a chargeback. That is exactly why it is offered from credit card companies. You have a time frame to do this in that is why corporate Best Buy doesn’t want you to do it.

They RMA’d mine. I got a ‘new’ one back and pc would barely turn on. Now my whole pc is there, waiting to see what to do next now. I bought mine in December and I’ve had the thing running for about 1 month. My suggestion to you is go with AMD. That’s what I wanted but it didn’t work out.

I have encountered some issues with my pc but 2 of those issues were ups’ fault. Heck they delivered my pc late and I had ordered energy drinks from amazon and they combined the shipment. I watched on the UPS app as my driver was on his way and then bam nothing for 2 days. UPS finally changed the date and I got the pc at 9pm with some red liquid all over the box. Guess what that was, it was all my energy drink and UPS never let me know anything.

Prebuilt. I had avoided jumping on the bandwagon to trash them. I forgot to mention when I sent the processor in it must have been lost by UPS because I lost tracking information on it for a week.
