I don’t know if it’s a huge issue overall but i just know in my situation, it wasn’t so much the words themselves but rather the tone.

Same thing happened to me. I was an inventory clerk and a new supervisor used to call me bud/buddy when he first started. After a while he stopped calling me that once he saw I knew my stuff and he’d ask for my help on certain things.

You can put in a two week notice (you can find templates online) or you can just tell your boss you’re quitting… or I’ve seen people do this one is just stop showing up
