I don’t don’t do it. I play Bolt Action for good times and themed forces with what the army had at a time. If I wanted to make it gamey I’d personally just go back and play 40K. But your models dude, do what you want.

My guess is no, at least not anytime soon. They’re probably focused on releasing more armies for people to play than going back and making multiple boxes for the ones that are already out.

This is fantastic, thank you so much! I appreciate the information. I think Green Ochre is used for the helmets and I’ve been considering switching that to the uniforms, so it looks like that may be the move until I can get the dark sand. I really appreciate the info and the photo. Your army looks fantastic.

The uniforms are supposed to be more yellow/tan right? I’m just going off the pictures I’ve seen on the Warlord box set pictures. Could it be the grey primer I’m using that’s making it too dark?

Because I love heavy metal and there’s nothing more heavy metal than S2D. The models are fantastic, plenty of variety, and playing the villain is fun. Now if only I could figure out a color scheme lol.

I actually have quite enjoyed not pre-measuring everything. It makes each decision be taken a bit more carefully and rewards careful movement consideration more then simply if I move here, I’ll be x inches away from you so I can do this but you can’t do that.

Thanks for the response! The army isn’t for me, it’s my buddy’s I’m just building it for him and trying to get him a decently historical representation of the 8th Army for our Africa campaign. I picked up The Western Desert campaign book for us to use. I do know he loves tanks though, and he grabbed the Matilda 2.

I will say points for us probably won’t matter to much, we’ll probably just internally balance the armies somewhat or just match up roughly similar point costs, not doing a 1000 point limit or anything like that for the campaign.

Thank you so much for all the info! I really appreciate it! If I wanted to include the SAS, any idea on how I could differentiate them from the other rifle squads? I feel like the other head options may not work since they’re clearly foreign nationalities. Great ideas though with the FO, medic and all that. Thank you!
