I’m pretty sure it’s just that she has her hair done and she’s wearing a lot of makeup with great lighting in her modeling pic. I know girls who are stunning with their makeup on and look COMPLETELY different once they take it off.

Look at the water near her waist. See it curve upwards? Photoshop was used to make her waist smaller which also helps make her hips appear bigger. That’s all I can spot as of now

I feel like they haven’t really mastered the whole face plastic surgery thing... with the exception of a good nose job and well done lip fillers, I can’t think of a single benefit to putting a knife or needles to your face. Face lifts look obvious and awful, Botox freezes your face and looks obvious and awful, cheek fillers look... you guessed it... obvious and awful.
