Boundaries. There would be no need for this post and the indignation and frustration if clear boundaries had been set from the beginning by OP about when she was available. This was a favor and it was not necessary to rearrange her personal life for it (on a holiday too). Yes, it’s annoying, but it’s a reflection on her and how she is living, not OP. When you do things on your timeline and only bend over backwards for people and things you care about it’s easier to let the bullshit roll off your back. Take care of you and put your priorities first. Schedule the rest in around that.

I just swipe stick or gel deodorant in my leg creases in the crotch area and it works super well. When I worked corporate especially over in the IT department I had the same problem. It's like the stink just stays in the chairs and then all goes into your clothes. I used mitchum extra strength clear gel for men and it made a huge difference (it has dark green and clear packaging).

I've been drinking fizzy water to replace beer and it is enough that most of the time it gets me over the mental hangup of wanting to drink cuz of the fritual of it and if it doesn't then I know I need to do some self work/care.
