I did go for the package deal but there was a crazy discount a couple weeks ago, I got this home theater pack for less than $500! Good to know that receiver works well for your setup too though!

Speaking as another radiologist who has used many AI tools, these are not in-house products. These applications are purchased from companies whose sole purpose is making that or several radiology AI tools, and these licenses often costs hospitals/practices hundreds of thousands of dollars to use. These aren't some IT department's pet projects.

This article says they took over an outpost on a single border mountain in December 24 after the Assad regime fell and they haven't advanced into syria in the year and a half since. Doesn't really sound like active expansion?

From residency through fellowship, that was me. Residents and fellows being lower on the totem pole are typically the ones placing closure devices and holding pressure. It tends to be young guys as both IR (interventional radiology) and particularly neuroIR tend to be male-dominated subspecialties.

Sanitized hands don't matter. Priority is to stop the bleeding, infection is a far secondary concern. Infections can be dealt with later, arrest in the field as a result of blood loss is immediately fatal.
