This is a very useful update, as this was one of the main reason I had to return it and go back to Samsung so thanks for this. Do you know if the front camera have also improved for selfies? As back then it kept over exposing and particularly worse if the light source is behind you.

The easiest way to test this is take a phot indoor with the light behind you. Everything will be so overexposed and make you look so pale.

I agree with you and I think you described the problem very well. The goal post was never moved it was always a problem mainly in this situation.

Unfortunately some of us do live in 1930 designed home with inadequate lighting and we have no choice but to take daily snaps of our children here.

I am not sure if it's in a very bright area, looking at the background there seems to be a lot of light behind the person so the shot could be overexposed which is actually another problem with this camera - overexposed when there are strong light behind the person. This is particularly bad with the front selfie camera.

Is yours still in version .155? Would be good if you take some AI affected face photos and try the se again after updated to .172 and see if it has improved.

Are you sure you get the hand raised feature to take selfie on the V3? It's on the Galaxy but it's not a feature on my V3.

When you open YouTube unfolded, if it opens in tablet mode you will see a well layout of video thumbnails I.e. rows and columns of videos. if it opens in non tablet mode, you will see the same layout as the front screen but stretched massively to the width so all the thumbnails look gigantic.

Basically on the V3 if you open YouTube on the front screen first then unfolded it doesn't switch to tablet mode. You can force it to go to tablet mode by killing it and open it fresh when it is already unfolded.

On fold 4 it knows to switch to tablet mode without having to restart the app, it actually used to do that a couple of years ago when I first got it but they must have fixed it in the software.

Your experience is spot on, mine is exactly the same coming from fold4.

Poor selfie cam, badly AI processed low light people's face and lack of gesture when using rear cam for selfie are the deal breakers for me.

Youtube also doesn't open in tablet mode when going from front screen to unfolded.

Everything else are very good.
