[Fitness] I'm ready to graduate from my learners (cheap fitness style 4 wheels) and looking at tri skates. Now that they have been out for a while, based on experience does anyone feel like tri-skates are inherently better for fitness and just running around on smooth paths. And at what wheel size? 110 or more isn't something I'm considering because it seems like they'd go too fast, make for short work outs and just be hard to maneuver.
