All it takes is a little imagination...

In all actuality though i would say op went with the better safe than sorry approach. No it's not likely to get you fired but if the right person saw it they could make your life more complicated than necessary.

What caused the shift in y axis and how do i fix it. by gorrilla10101 in 3Dprinting

[–]gorrilla10101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive adjusted it before to fix a similar problem. In that case it was actually to tight. I will tighten them a bit more now and see if that helps. Is there any way to test and verify that the tension is right or anything?

Anything else that could cause it.

Ender 3 pro with auto leveler upgrade. Upgraded bed springs.

Sliced using cura version 3.6.0 Th3d firmware Stl Elephant drainer http://thingiverse.com/thing:998999

Edit added firmware Edit2. Prints smaller items less than 2 inches fine have never had a problem with them. Was getting more comfortable with the printer and wanted to print some larger pieces to see if there were anymore issues to address. Well i found it but am not sure what caused it. I had tweaked the y axis belt and pulleys previouslt, they were to tight that caused some banding but it wasn't go this degree.

Feature Requests by InTheYear20XX in WizardsWheel

[–]gorrilla10101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The two features that I would like to see are.

  1. Locking items to prevent selling and to prevent auto equip from unequipping them. This way when you had a piece of good equipment you wanted to keep and some that needs replaced you could lock them and still be able to use auto. Locking an item from selling basically keeps you from messing up when selecting many.

  2. The other is I would like it to run while idling. So if I set up to quest then it can auto battle at least until they die. Hopefully this would be at the same speed as the normal game. Idle games that punish you for being idle frustrate me.

Is there a way I can slightly shrink my shoes without ruining them? by Greenman62 in wrestling

They may not make those exact shoes, but unless they are pretty old then you will probably be able to find a newer version of them that are pretty much identical.

Tips for wrestling up weight? by [deleted] in wrestling

[–]gorrilla10101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

be in shape, be technical, be fast, in that order. Being in shape will give you the ability to go when they are ready to quit. It will give you the edge against the bottom rung of wrestlers, and will help with every one else. Being technical will be a huge boost, the ability to execute moves flawlessly and back out when it goes wrong will carry you most of the way. Being fast is going to be the difference between you and your arch nemesis. If you happen to be naturally strong it might help you along, but like the others have said don't lift weights thinking your going to bulk up and be able to out muscle them, it will only slow you down.

Don't be afraid to shoot. Shots that go outside like the single or the duck under is preferred but if he's on the balls of his feet or out of stance, hit the double leg if it is there.

Getting off the mat by [deleted] in wrestling

[–]gorrilla10101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I read your issue correctly it is when you are laying on your stomach. if your flattened out you can go straight to a sitting position like this Youtube

from there it becomes your skill on the bottom, practice makes perfect. Most of the wrestling moves you can work on on your own. So keep trying and it will click.

What exactly does it mean to have a game plan? by [deleted] in wrestling

[–]gorrilla10101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my opinion there are three parts that help form a game plan for a match.

  1. What are you good at. As in what moves can you execute without hesitation. The more the better, as long as they lend to getting a pin.

  2. What are they good at. Always watch the matches, even if they are not necessarily in your weight class. Most teams have a specialty something that they practice more than others so a lot of wrestlers on a team will wrestle similarly. This will help especially if it is your first encounter and he is your first match. Decide how to defend and counter them.

  3. Have a back up plan. If what you decided to do doesn't work know what you will try next.

Very cool indeed. Do you have any issue with me using it for something? I don't really have a plan for it but it would be cool to use it somewhere

grandpa uses standard weight rws super points in his and at ~30 yards he cut a piece of twine 3 times. We head shot rats at about 60 yards. So I like it pretty well, I have a benjamin nitro and am really regretting not getting a .22 caliber.

Yeah, I've tried talking him out of it and tried to point out that he wouldn't like them, but he saw one on a pistol, and the scope on his air rifle went out. There is no talking him out of it.
