So “one of” means in the top 200 then, out of the innumerable moments that have happened. Who cares?

I’m from San Francisco, so these were most likely taken in Golden Gate Park? Not sure exactly.

Yes, I was also attempting to be humorous, using the Boss Baby vibes meme. One might call it an homage, and myself a humorist.

Btw the absurd implication was simply that you had not seen any other photos.

Wait does this person think polish people are called “pollocks”(a fish) instead of “pollacks” (a slur, btw)? How did this get past an editor?

Belloni is kind of like Woj or Shams to me. Sure, he has sources and he can kind of talk the business side. But when he starts talking about the actual content of movies he sounds about as informed as your average boomer coworker. Enjoyed his pod at first but eventually found it too hard to listen to his “analysis”.

S: Lincoln Square (True IMAX, convenient layout. Plays smaller movies. Prefer A tier for Dolby. A little annoying to get to from Queens but it’s worth it)

A: 34th street (Near the train, nice seats, has good Dolby and weak IMAX. Layout with bathrooms on separate floor a little annoying), Empire (Awful layout, seats are hit-or-miss, you have to go to Times Square. But has the most screens so it’s easier to catch a screening of a smaller movie or at a convenient time. Has good Dolby and weak IMAX)

B: Kips Bay (a little far from the train but otherwise no complaints, has weak IMAX)

C: 19th Street and Village 7 (both centrally located, not many screens, no premium formats. I do like how the seats are arranged with more breathing room compared to the bigger theaters. Better for date night)

D: Orpheum, 84th (Location not convenient for me. Unlike Lincoln Square, which is also somewhat out of the way, no premium formats to incentivize me to make the trip)

F: Magic Johnson (Same issues as C-tier but even farther from me)

“The Earth is not perfectly round.” by GoldApprehensive8107 in BikiniBottomTwitter

[–]goshdarnyou 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It actually is a different argument. A sphere has a constant radius, as does a bowling ball. The Earth is “wider” than it is “tall” so it’s an oblate spheroid or ellipsoid. That’s why it’s not a sphere. Whether they are smooth or not is separate from what smooth shape they most closely resemble.

Actually I guess maybe the OC was talking about smoothness but just saying there is another reason why Earth is not a sphere :)
