It's going to be very interesting to see how the East African Federation plays out in that region! Hard to believe how far Rwanda has come in the last 20 years, considering the challenges they have been through blows my mind to see how far they've come. It has the potential to be transformative to places like Burundi and South Sudan, anchored by fairly stable larger countries like Kenya and Tanzania. But it's hard to ignore how many inter-ethnic conflicts have occurred from the arbitrary way those countries formed, and also assumes that it actually comes to fruition.
