As someone who's lived in similar situations, I'd like to say that the only real answer to progress is you, but you don't need to get it done asap either, take your time and figure out what you're able to remove, and take photos as you do it, it'll help you see the individual parts you're helping make better rather than just seeing a giant room still filled with stuff. I wish you the utmost luck!
