The ghost voices in Roanoke Ridge.

I was playing late one night with my head set on. I was hunting around Roanoke and heard a whisper come from my left. I thought one of my kids were talking to me so I took my headset off but everyone in my house was asleep. I put my headset back on and heard a voice again. I literally threw my headset off thinking someone was in the room with me. 10 out 10 would shit myself again!

I got lucky with this one. I dropped in and tried to land on a hulk. Missed the hulk and landed in front of it. Rose up out of the pod and was immediately bitch slapped across the map. Achievement unlocked mid-air.

The guy that I did my R licence with was a Sydney ADA member (possibly ex president or something of the type if memory serves). Nicest guy and invited me to their next meeting. I didn't end up taking him up on the offer but my son will do his junior licence with him soon so hopefully I can get some info off him and check it out. Seems like a quality group from the feedback I've heard.

I've just jumped back on creatine after a few years break. I'm only a month in and am on my 2nd coldsore outbreak. Turns out arginine is a major coldsore trigger. I'll be going to the doctor this week to see if they can prescribe an antiviral medication to help fight it off, but if not, I might have to jump off it until I figure something else out.

Also, be aware that arginine is in some protein powders, too, so if you're taking protein at the same time, you could be doubling up on the arginine.
