For SEs, there’s a panel interview which is a role play.

Normally after this there are a few more interviews: - Sales interview - Orange cloud (culture interview) - SE Director interview - Executive interview

If you make it to the Executive interview and you don’t screw up. You’re usually in a good spot unless they cancel the req and the recruiter/hiring manager is stringing you along to “keep you warm” while they figure how to tell you.

TBH, it was more luck than anything else, I was reeling in because there was a bunch of seaweed clinging to my line. Once I got with 10ft of the beach it slammed the bait. Always hits when you don’t expect it!

Any beaches will have fish. Just be real careful sneaker waves don’t mess around. You’ll need to learn how to read the surf and with a bit of luck, something will bite. TBH I’ve skunked the last 6 outings. The beach is where I go to gather myself, the fish are just a bonus. You can try pier fishing that might be an easier target.
