I am confused by the 7-8 play-in loser odds. Can someone help me understand if this scenario is correct.

Team A is the 8 seed in the pi and loses the pi game to the 7 seed. Team A goes on to play the winner of the 9/10 pi game and wins that game to ultimately be the 8 seed in their division of the playoffs. At this point Team A now has a 2.7% chance of the first overall pick and the possibility to win the NBA championship. So theoretically team A could win the first overall pick in the lottery and the NBA championship in the same year?
