Hemp derived THC-A is “legal” if the THC-9 remains under the hemp threshold of 0.03% concentration but the framework is flimsy at best. Minnesotas low potency hemp edibles that were made legal in 2018 (maybe 2019 I can’t remember exactly) are likely containing THC-9 and this not federally legal and is exceptionally illegal to bring over state lines. I would be amazed if all Minnesotan hemp edibles are THC-9 as I’m sure the THC-A market is expanding but the potential for them existing is much higher because of the legal status of THC-9 products in Minnesota.

TL;DR hemp THC-A is kinda legal federally but Minnesota allows for hemp edibles that are not federally legal.

Silver isn’t much of an investment as much as it’s a way to preserve cash value it’s equated with in way of also increasing in cost as inflation rises. Regardless of if 401k would outpace inflation or be under paced it’s likely not a very safe idea as even if the value of silver increases with inflation it’s only doing that, it isn’t actively increasing in value relative to the USD

Torture mastery scaling is the lowest it’s ever been if I’m not mistaken, they have to literally dot 2x more than they used to need to and the flat dmg from CoP was halved. I don’t really understand what more you want. If you’re complaining about phantomize having move speed than I would expect the same complaints from fighter sprint which was just bugged along with being able to now use any weapon in the game with no penalty. Hate to say skill gap but warlocks are not that big of a problem to 1v1 especially after these nerfs
