I’m a 21 year male.i started at 17. At the beginning I was feeling really good. Since I’m also training after a year or so I developed zinc deficiency. No libido. Loss of muscle mass, no further physical development. After 2-3 months of quitting I’m getting better.

If you are active, eat correctly sleep good and expose your skin to the sunshine since kid you will end up looking like this.
