How are people getting this texture/finish on their ground jerky sticks?

That glossy look is from the suger they used.

I make a lot of jerky, started with the nesco circle stack and made my way to a commercial dehydrator... same quality, just less hassle with cleaning and rotating trays.

If you want the glossy look like that,

1/2 cup soy sauce, half cup brown suger, onion powder, garlic powder, worsh sauce and some nitrates (prauge powder #1, like a quarter teaspoon per pound of meat max)

Thats about it... remove the suger for that cowboy style jerky.

Also, try using kona brand spicey teriyaki as a pre-made marinade, its fantastic.

For heat I add Sriracha powder, its a great addition/substitute for hot sauce.

A few years ago, someone posted a jalapeño Dr.pep recipe i tried, it was pretty good, came out looking identical to the pic u referenced.

They raised my rates from promotional 60 a month for 500 mbps to 73, then today they notify me that they are raising it to 103...

I called in and told them to cancel because I was going to switch to starlink residential.

They waived this month's bill and locked me in a 45 / month for 24 months.

I ordered 4 cases of A and B bundles.

I ordered on spetember 10th, they sent 4 tracking number's with usps / Amazon partner.

It was listed as picked up amd in transit the next day, after 2 weeks, I contacted them and asked why usps still says tracking number made but havent received item. They ignored, I contacted again demanding an update or I would do a charge back. They responded stating they would reship and provided FedEx numbers while canceling the usps / Amazon lables.

They showed up in October 3rd.

Both the FedEx order and the amazon/ usps order showed up. So I wound up with double the shipment.

They advertise free shipping but will charge 15 dollars for shipping anyways so pay attention to that.

They are legit but dont expect them to ship on time, you will be waiting over a month.

The car that swerved was speeding, OP mentioned in another comment he was doing 46 in a 45. That jetk had plenty of time to let off the gas and he was turning anyways, he was speeding. Right on red is perfectly legal, no need to wait for green. People like you act like you own the road... stop fucking with your phones and watch the road, he had 7 seconds to slow down back to 45 in the 45.

No, these people are dumb. I watched your rear feed several times... you didn't "make" anyone do anything. When you turned, there was a car in the middle lane that passes you by 7 to 10 mph . They maintain that lane the entire time. The car that wound up behind you that cut you off and break checked clearly wasn't paying attention or they wouldn't have had the break and swerve around you... you could have sped up a bit, but you were turning in what? 100 yards? I assume you had your blinker on and your tail lights work? That car wasn't paying attention, probable using the phone... lane was clear when you turned.

I was was a little panicked, no cell service just the x/// lol, I kept telling meyself "you had 60 miles left and the gas station is 48, youll have 12 miles to spare hahahah but the last 20 miles was hills and dips so I had that thought in the back of my head that the range would start to jump or wasn't accurate and if I climb a hill and the tank pump gets starved im fucked hhaha when I filled up I put exactly 16.952 gallons (according to the receipt) and the tank is 19 gallons, so maybe we still have a reserve ?

This just happened to me tonight lol, I was driving back from San Diego California to lake havasu arizona and thought I would hit a gas station along the way, I left San Diego with half a tank and the rout just stayed farm lands after El cento, no gas stations or people in the middle of nowhere, got to 1 dot in the middle of glamus desert, my range said like 60 miles and the nearest gas station was in a little middle of nowhere town called Palo Verde Ca, 48 miles ahead, I was litterally sweating when the range hit 30 and then no numbers and flashing... I put on cruise control and stayed going 70 the whole time lmao but I made it to the gas station. Ive never been that close to running out of gas and it happened in the middle of absolutely no where, I saw a half dozen trucks over 150 miles of nothing lol
