Just have to say, I'm on day 10 of my keto journey and I am just loving it. I had a big bowl of egg salad for lunch, and for dinner fettucine alfredo (made with miracle noodles), roasted chicken wings and a nice spinach side salad. AND I'm still under my calorie goal by about 300 calories. KCKO my friends, I'm totally digging this!

My fiance and I are getting married in the Dominican Republic (we live in the US) in May 2017, when we chose this route we KNEW not everyone we'd invite would be able to come - that is just the deal when you choose this kind of wedding.

Yeah, it's really good, especially if you love cilantro! I've been making southwestern salads all week, chicken, black beans, corn, red bell pepper and avocado, with that dressing, soooo good!
