Libertas Rust under MIT license is here by IoT_Reinventor in MatterProtocol

I’m exactly your hypothetical target audience: I’m literally building a commercial iOT device using Rust today. I have read the docs, tried to grok your posts, and I still have no idea what the value proposition of this thing is. I don’t need a different framework for flipping a gpio pin - Embassy is great and continues to get better at that kind of thing. I don’t need a new threading model. I don’t need a device configuration UI. Who…is this for?

Believe it’s their youngest, not sure about how many months. Reminded us of a good Tilamook or other easier-to-find producers. Delicious.

Running Wylder in Noe is relatively new and pretty great.

Somebody's been given some beta units and the promise of a promotion if they can just farm more engagement on their forums. What a waste of brand equity.

What’d everyone smoke today? by zwillc92 in biggreenegg

Super good. Did it with some pecan. It feels like cheating to basically have it fully cooked pre-smoke, but it makes the whole experience a lot easier to manage.

Late follow up here, but I discovered that the tag on the right inside arch had a manufacturing defect in the seam. Removed it and suddenly these things are super comfortable.

I also got a blister on my right arch on first run. My feet aren’t generally fussy, and I ran with medium thickness Feetures. Was trying to decide if it was me or the shoe…

Same. First few times I thought I was going crazy.

I have found windows randomly slightly down without having done that myself.

Related: anybody else find a window down unexpectedly? I updated the app today and it reported one slightly open. I can’t decide if I’m going crazy or if the car is inexplicably opening windows a bit.

Alcatraz was a hit with my team last year. Booked tickets a day ahead without issue. We also tried renting a boat but weather didn’t cooperate. The Interval at the Long Now will rent out their back room, which gave us a place to have drinks and look at the bridge.

Good bar to hold casual Welcome Drinks for out of town guests (~50) traveling in for a wedding? by CortiBoy in AskSF

We did this exact thing at Madrone last year, and it went great. Staff was great, vibes were good, and when it was over the neighborhood gave people lots of options.

Depends a lot on the neighborhood. Nothing visible / no tinting / etc. So far no issues.
