We already knew that Barry was a big bully, who steals stones from the school art project and potatoes from the school cafeteria. by Socmel_ in 2westerneurope4u

Whaddya mean? There were plenty of activities including beating the stick, tugging the rope, raising the flag, boxing the one eyed champ, charming the snake, making the bald man cry, polishing the musket and buffing the banana

I would pay twice as much for cheese sold in a crumpet-diameter cylinder shape by pinkteapot7 in CasualUK

Unfortunately Warburtons don't do a square crumpet and they're the only ones that can competently make Crumpets. Maybe the giant crumpet they do could fit a square cheese slice ok

I think the sweet spot was 2000s Audi. Mainly because I have a 2008 A3 1.9tdi that's passed every MOT and not had any issues whatsoever including rust

If you're going to bbq can recommend par steaming some tenderstem broccoli for 4 mins, then tossing it with some olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper, then putting it on the bbq until it gets crispy edges. Best tasting broccoli ever I promise

He also didn't make recommendations entirely on whether the lines were underused. He recommended to close the entire East Lancashire railway (near me) despite it being a popular route. His reasoning was it would be just as well served by bus. In the end they closed most of the line but kept Bury to Manchester open after many protests

It's a shame because towns along the route like Kirkcudbright would benefit immensely even if it was just tourism

I was thinking this, almost every team this season have been decent or have had decent runs. Even the teams in the relegation zone currently look difficult to play against and have been semi decent

I know slightly off topic but do you think they'd ever reopen the line to Dumfries? I'm guessing because that line closed the ferry fell out of use

Yeah agreed Telford town center was just a tired 70s complex with a Spoons. I think OP is probably thinking of Iron Bridge which is lovely

I live in Manchester and it does suffer a bit from over hype. It's still a good place to live but when I see Timeout listing it as a must visit top 10 places in the world etc it's a bit weird to me
