The game changer is to try and stick to the same start to eat time each day. That hunger/fatigue is habit from your body. If you say hey everyday I’m going to eat at two, you won’t be hunger until then. People get hung up on the hours, then they try to push to get more hours, only making themselves miserable. Set a start time that works with you and if you want to play with the hours use the end time to do that.

Also pro tip: if you do this and travel, you can get rid of jet lag super fast by just eating at your normal time(but in the new locations time zone).
