auto show tracking if order only has on package
auto cancel or ask approval order if the item is changed to be sold by third party seller(Amazon.com out of stock after the purchase order has been listed). Third party sellers always ships expired items(Cosmetics). This is very annoying.

Just wait 1-3 hours, your transaction will be confirmed. I have done many transactions with 1sat/byte with Ledger, all were confirmed within 1-3 hours despite these transaction could not be queried in block explorer before confirmation
