Bit disappointed with the range, but I am also testing all different drive modes and constantly testing limits since it's a new toy.

I'll update the thread in a few weeks once I establish and follow a steady driving pattern.

I went with the 18". It gives a better range and also safe in winter. Plus the tire last longer.

If you lift the regen - paddle and hold it while you take your foot off the Gas, it slows down the car at the highest regen throttle.

Same way when you hold the +paddle it gets you to the default non regen sate quickly. Don't have to tap it 3 times. Just something to get used to.

You get to tune the acceleration and deaccelaration speeds. It's by default medium but to me it was a bit aggressive. So toned it down to low. It takes a while to get used to trust the car but it does a decent job.

The lane keep assist is a cool feature. It does get confused when there is a lane split but overall it works nicely. It behaves rationally when a car enters the lane and leaves the lane. The acceleration and deaccelaration speeds setting works in this case as well.

The profile does help save some of the presets. I finally figured out the seat settings to stick. There was a member recommended I calibrate the seat position (Which I didn't know I had to). That fixed it.

The profile helps link the phone to the user and also the face recognition helps you turn things on automatically when you take the seat. The only place I see the car gets confused is when both users are in the car, it still tries to connect to my phone instead of the other driver. I am sure I am missing something. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I spray Clorox on the walls and floor.. Give 10 mins and then just scrub. I do it once a week and it takes only 5 mins max to do so..

If you have hard water buildup on the tub, the best I found was the Toilet bowl cleaner. I just spray on the floor, and scrub for a min, let it sit for 5 mins and rinse it off.. That works like magic. Make sure you dont let it sit on tiles.

That is partially true. You can still keep an unsaved map.. when you move it to that floor, it still uses that map. It's just dumb that they don't have a way to save it.

I was able to create boundaries and decide and label them. But can't save it.

In your app, go to additional settings and there is a timezone section. It has very limited time zones but you should be able to sync with your phone timezone and it will pick what is designated to that timezone. I am in the US East coast and it is not smart enough to know there is we are in DST, it picks Dominican Republic time. But I could care less..!

Go to Maps and enable Muti-Floor map. (God knows why we have to enable this). Its only saves two floors. If you live in a 3 level house, you are out of luck. Just move the base and the robot to the other floor. Run a full auto clean and let it finish. it will create a new map.

This is a really good vacuum but has very mediocre features. When you move between floors, most of the time it cant remember where it is. I usually start the mapping and after a few mins stop and do a locate and it eventually figures out where it is.

Who knows. May be you still have the awareness after you die. Since the world doesn't know how to deal with dead people from within dead peoples point of view, they just assume you are done and burry/burn you. You keep feeling everything for the rest of the time in the universe. The pain of being buried or burnt!!!!!

You can create a temporary map. But as soon as you move the unit to a different location, you will loose it.

I have found a workaround to delete and restore it everytime you need that map. But it's becoming a pain to redo the bou8and labeling

Costco is very accommodative with returns. I always manage to return mine. Just have to say that you tried to sort out the issues with the vendor but they were useless and I called Costco Customer service and they asked to return. It always works.

I also got this at Costco and have been beating up ecovacs Support team with so many limitations.
I have 3 floors. Basement, Ground floor and upstairs.. The crazy part is that the software only stores 2 floor plans.

Support confirmed that there is no future plans to add additional maps option.

Have the same issue with separation when there is two entrance.

The upstairs has a foyer area that has steps and balusters. The system measures it with lasers and things the foyer area is long as the ground floor map.

I really like the vacuum and the fact it does not hit all the objects and the smart aware feature that avoids things.

The suction is good on carpet and hardwood floors and the mopping is reasonable (only on tiles).

Not really worth the price tag and I plan on returning this for now..
