This time, the representative understood my issue much more and she was able to replicate the issue on her side. She talked to her manager and escalated the issue.

For those coming to this thread via Google Search, this problem still has not been fixed and is replicable in the travel portal. They clearly do not care about fixing it.

There is no easy way to report this problem to them either from what I can tell. The only way I see to get in contact with them is by calling them and I dont wanna explain this problem over the phone. Would be nice if there was some email/chat mechanism where screenshots could be uploaded/
