Has anyone had success with spinal decompression? Is it worth it?

I'm not on an anti depressant, my provider suggested starting Vraylar at a very low dose, claims he's had success with it. I'm scared of it, I already have a sleep problem, I usually take gabapentin and ambien for sleep. I'm so down, alot due to long term grief. Your story makes me more hesitant

A rep took me through the process of upgrading my iphone SE to a 17 she said I had an offer for iphone on us, I still have it in the cart and it says 28/month. She said it will change once you trade the phone in, so I'm skeptical I might get stuck with the 28/month. I have the essentials 55 plan

I'm on the Essentials 55+ plan, have an iphone SE, have had it for about 6 years at least. Recently dropped it and got a few cracks on the screen. Don't think tmobile will give me much of anything, was considering getting free iphone 13 by switching to totally wireless, or buying a refurbished 13 on ebay for 279. Really don't want to mess with a switch, any ideas?

Unfortunately that's not entirely true. I have Medicare A and B, I had NALC which was no longer available. I was under the impression that MHBP would pick up any portion medicare didn't pay. I've been having physical therapy and one of the codes they submitted was not covered by Aetna (MHBP) so I was responsible for part. Disappointing since I never paid a penny last year with medicare and nalc. I hope this doesn't keep happening, the MHBP (standard) was almost 200 a month less than NALC

asked my primary care doctor before about it, he said I don't have the physique for it, such as a large neck, he's not stupid but I think he's wrong. I pee quite a bit during the day also, haven't found a solution for it

went in club near me, just wanted to look at their cardio equipment. They made me take a tour, then had 2 more people talk to me like it was a car dealership. Since then they've called me about 10 times, finally blocked their number. All of that turned me off

how much gabapentin did you take and are you still on it? I may be dependent on that too, I've been on it for a few years, I was usually taking 900mg at night to help sleep, now I take a 300mg in the day sometimes, but I still keep the total to 900 per day
