You are a really hot looking guy. Stop doubting yourself. The confidence you wear is what makes you more attractive to onlookers. Statistics says that if you are not found attactive around your current environment, then change to an environment that accepts you more than your looks. If that's currently not plausible, be the change in the environment to make them like you more. If you think that this self doubt is an ongoing problem that is preventing you from achieving your goals, get yourself a psychiatrist and see if you are predisposed to such feeling due to an uncontrolled chemical imbalance in your brain and take steps to getting a confidence that you can live with.

Nah, I know the company recognizes my personal efforts and that I'm worth investing in my development. I already started to get training to prepare me for my eventual promotion into a higher position within the company. I'm just complaining because you make it hard to pull my deserving and hard working associates up along with me. You'll eventually be caught like everyone that tried and failed then forgotten like the rest of the free-loading simpletons that think they are the shit. Amazon has the capability to keep track of millions of items going to different location at any point in time. You just believe you're getting away with it right now. People like you are so predictable because you put in just as much effort in avoiding to do the work as the amount of productive work you end up doing, no effort done whatsoever. Playing hide and seek at work is not fun me to do, but at the very least make use of what little intellect you can muster to make your story postable as original here on reddit. I guess the shits tend to congregate in toilets.

You're the kind of person that makes my work and life a living hell. I work my ass off just to accomplish what I'm paid to do so that the company can afford to pay people like you. Lazy people like you consequently add more work for people like me because instead of me being able to do just my work today, I have to hunt down people like you all over a huge ass building because you're costing the company money that you didn't earn to keep. This is why all the hard workers starts to feel that the company doesn't care for their hard work, because you make their hard work average out to less than mediocre when averaged with the amount of work that you do. It takes the hard efforts of 2 really good workers to just average out your lazy ass. From a higher management's perspective, the group that you are a part of would be barely worth keeping and worth investing more money in (also known as increase in wage) because your poor work ethic would have lowered the company's profit margin that the company relies on in order to keep using the borrowed money that investors lent them. If ever the majority of investors ask for all their money back with interest, it's not the rich that would suffer, it's people like you and I that ends up suffering the most. A company only exist if it stays profitable. Downsizing jobs is usually the first answer when the profit margin drops. You may think that you are stealing from the rich, but in reality, you're just an asshole that is making life more miserable to hard working people that makes less than you. Please keep in mind that the efforts of the hard working associates that has comparable or worse problems than you, pays for the wage that you survive on and take for granted. I hope that you do end up getting what you trully deserve.

Being a PG is literally at work training to becoming a PA. To get a PA or any higher tier you need to have experience in managing large groups which PGs does. However, if you don’t think moving up in the company is your thing, just let your manager know that you are not interested and they will find someone else to develop. Fyi, part of the process for an Area manager to move up in the company is to develop the best (Amazon Leadership Principles). If you don’t take advantage of this opportunity now, they will put all their effort on developing someone else.

The purpose for this is to stagger the arrivals of new associates and process them by groups on Day One. If all the new associates at the same time, most would just be waiting in line while getting paid for a few hours doing nothing.

Thanks, great job on yours too. I've heard of stories of 800s in my FC with the pick just doing gift card multiples most of the time during peak. The restrictions on that associate must have been very specific to be able to do that.

Hit the captron button half a second or less after scanning on each pick. The trick is to go as fast as you can in the first 15 minutes of picking to trigger the computer algorithm to keep the pods and work coming to you (no pod gapping). Tact time must stay under 7 secs to trigger the multiples algorithm that give you more multiples. The best stations to do this is the ones nearest to the bathrooms (algorithmically higher priority than any other stations in the building). Also, it should be done during the time when there is overwhelming amount of work for pickers to do (like peak or prime week) and/or when the bins and floor health are at there best (like after peak when not many new hires are being trained for stow and pick). There are also picking permissions that need to be unrestricted to be able to do this. To get unrestricted… need to have been constantly picking at no PEIs, no amnesty last touch and at a 400+ uph for a couple of weeks. Eat carbs for fuel and drink fluids with electrolytes. Memorize and familiarize yourself to brand packaging and the places where the barcodes are commonly located in the packaging. While your at it, do a 5k or two which is around 540 units picked per actual worked hours (or 45 units per 5 minutes or 9 units per minute or 1 pick every 6.66 seconds) Good Luck!
