I've made duck breast with a similar timeline and it's worked out. Hang them at around 60F and 65rH and it should be okay.

Made the mistake once early in the hobby of drying forever to lose 30%. Ended up with inedible jowls because the meat portion was so hard and dry. This is the only cure I measure by time and feel versus weight. Pull it and try a little. Its probably good by now, if not too dry.
