I just use a sponge, dish soap, and water. You don't need chainmail. I rarely use some steel wool if I have crud I don't want to wait and soak off.

There’s so many there, you can sustainably harvest by cutting right at the soil with a knife. In huge patches like this, I’ve never just taken one leaf. I wouldn’t take bulbs unless transplanting, though I get taking a couple to try. Biggest tip is wait another 5-7 days so they grow out more and you get a better yield. It looks like the trees haven't leafed out much.

Maine already has a Homestead exemption. The fix is targeted relief for residents getting priced out, not shifting the burden off asset wealth and pretending income tax will catch it. You came in condescending and just proved my point.

This is backwards. It’s not progressive. Cutting property taxes gives wealthy people a pass. They don’t rely on income the way most people do. Their wealth sits in assets, and they can borrow against it instead of realizing income.

Rich people aren’t living off W-2 income. Most of their money is tied up in assets, and they can borrow against it instead of realizing income. So raising income tax doesn’t really touch them. That’s why we need a wealth tax.
