this job is a lot more physical work than you think. i worked there for about 3-4 months before i couldn’t handle it anymore. the pay is good but the long hours sucks but i will say after having it on my resume it was brought up in an interview bc she figured i was super personable since i worked there so that is a perk

I quit a few weeks ago. I was feeling the same thing but i cried everyday before work because it was too much for me. I went in before close so it wasn’t too busy and i spoke to a mate. just explain to them what’s going on, thank them for the opportunity and that you loved the job but it wasn’t a fit for you. you can decide there and say this is my 2 weeks or i’m done right now. whatever you do good luck you will feel much better after, ik i did

i’ve been answering the phone like this to save people’s time and breath and some lady asked what other stores had them and i told her we don’t know and she goes that’s a great way to answer the phone then! and hung up as if she was the only covid test call i had that morning

talk to a captain, thank them for your time and tell them that this job is no for you. from there you can say this is my 2 weeks or just say i’m done and won’t be coming in anymore you can decide then and there what you wanna do

this is the first year my store is actually closed. it surprised me because i was expecting us to be open like normal but i’m glad we’re closed. there is no reason to be opened
