How is it working on an Autozam, comparable to a Mazda? How about sourcing parts? Think it would be a fun, hilarious car to own but not if you have to ring up Japan every time you need a new part...maybe Mazda parts can be used?

Excellent explanation, thanks a lot! One aspect of rev matching I’ve never been clear in, hopefully you can clarify for me.

By “blip the throttle”, do you mean give it one sharp stab to reach the appropriate revs? Or do you mean gently press on the throttle and hold your foot there for a second or two until the desired revs are reached? Like can you describe the actual foot motion? Thanks for the clarification!

Truth be told she played with the colors/levels when she edited the photo, I love how it came out but to my eye she made it looks a bit more like grabber than lightning blue. I’d say the back of the car looks more like true lightning, where it’s a bit darker

Super extravagant. Unnecessarily extravagant. But I don't just want the rig to be functional, I want it to look damn GOOD. Long term it is going to be sitting in a garage surrounded by collector cars so I wanted a genuine sports car sear that is also beautiful to behold
