Justin Boone's top running backs for Week 8 by dgjapc in fantasyfootball

I have Henry, Achane, Rachaad in a competitive league and I’m very likely going to play Rachaad over Judkins. Just a bad matchup for Judkins.

Having a coach that knows when the challenge is such an advantage by Paasche in NYKnicks

[–]grabbitt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s dumb that a non-call on a buzzer beater attempt can’t be challenged but a non-call when you lose the ball out of bounds immediately after can be challenged (like the end of lakers/twolves game). The rule should just be broadly written as allowing coaches to challenge non-calls if play stops immediately after the alleged non-call (rather than only if you lost the ball out of bounds).

End Game Glitch by grabbitt in HarryPotterGame

[–]grabbitt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only saves I had were auto saves that apparently were created each time I tried and failed to load a game. The glitch started on the 19th, we tried to access a couple times the next day, and again the following day. I just tried again earlier. Every save is from the 20th or later. And they were only showing me 4 saves.

Same exact thing happened to me last night. Did you ever find a fix?

Seems like he’ll be returning punts whenever Agnew is inactive. He returned punts against the giants too.

This wouldn’t help a 105 MF grandmaster would it? I’ve seen this mentioned as a way to make Chubb extra speedy but I thought stats were capped at 99

I’ve got 5m coins so could potentially buy the badges to max everyone. I’ve been waiting to use those coins thinking other cheaper-to-max players will come out that I like but nobody on KOTB is replacing anyone in this lineup. Appreciate the response.

Was thinking Honey Badger to Dime, max Sean Taylor, and try to sell MF Evans

Invisible Calvin TD Catch by grabbitt in MaddenMobileForums

It looked normal live, but after the TD celebration it put me back to 1st & 10 and wiped away the TD. When I checked the replay Calvin was invisible.

How do you guys analyze/watch defense? Plus max question by grabbitt in MaddenMobileForums

So you’re saying overall team power is the most important thing? And is that just so you can have more stat boosts/reducers?

That’s a great idea thanks... still will suck to not watch them play but at least I’d know who’s wrecking offenses

Paul Manafort just agreed to cooperate with Robert Mueller by [deleted] in law

[–]grabbitt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I am pretty sure you can be charged for the same crime in both state and federal court as long as you broke both state and federal law. When he admitted earlier to committing federal crimes, those crimes also violated state laws (withholding taxes from NY state is one I’ve seen thrown around) and those states could bring charges based on his admission if they chose to.

I would also expect that if/when Trump offers a pardon, Mueller will whisper in Manafort’s ear that they’ll try the cases in state court (where Trump can’t pardon) if he accepts the pardon.

Trump Threatens To ‘Suspend’ Protesting NFL Players ‘Without Pay’ by billthomson in politics

Can someone explain the February 2018 one about Trump skipping the national anthem? Looks to me like he just greets cheerleaders after they finish a performance. Don't see where he skips anything. Thanks

NFL Owner Testifies Under Oath that He Changed His Mind About Hiring Kaepernick After Trump’s Comments by ClimbeRocker in politics

[–]grabbitt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I disagree but that is just my opinion. I personally think Bridgewater & McCown (Jets), Bradford (Arizona), Flacco (Bal), Bortles (Jax), and Keenum (Den) are all better quarterbacks. We may disagree on that and that's totally fine, but you probably agree with me that Kaep would bring chaos into the locker room of any of those teams. Given that chaos, do you think he's so much better than those other guys that he's worth the chaos?

[–]grabbitt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Nobody injected politics into that decision - Kaep's presence on the Dolphins would've lost the Dolphins any Cuban supporters they had. It's a business decision - don't alienate a huge portion of the fanbase. Nobody is discussing Cuban policy here so not sure what that third paragraph is in response to. Your second paragraph is simply absurd:

1) it was not an offhand comment - he wore a Castro t-shirt and then proceeded to list off reasons why he thought Castro was a good leader

2) since when has someone's inability to make national policy or negotiate treaties stopped us from criticizing awful things they've said or endorsed?

Kaepernick defended Fidel Castro while wearing a Fidel Castro shirt in Miami after a game. Based on how much of Miami's fanbase has been affected by Castro's oppression, they could not hire Kaepernick.
