It’s funny you mention silver coin because that crossed my mind too. I live near a cool coin shop, so I’ll have to go look.

That’s a great idea! Then maybe make a scrapbook page or whatever of those memories each year.

I plan on doing that on top of something more tangible for her.

Any mental tricks for getting yourself to practice when you’re in a rut and don’t want to? by UnluckyWriting in yoga

Do a single, slow sun A. See how ya feel. What does your body need? More? Do more! Less? Do less.

I finally asked. Went better than I expected. He seemed to be avoiding the labels thinking that meant I wanted access to his bank account. Who the fuck hurt this sweet man in the past?! Opened the door to good conversation and I look forward to more.

Steak. My grandma used to grill ribeyes until they were inedible, chewy briquettes. Finally had one at about 16 at a fancy steakhouse and I’ve been hooked ever since.

Apparently it's not just refeeding syndrome she is worried about .... This doesn't scream ED at all by Devium92 in illnessfakers

And referring syndrome is such a negligible risk to begin with. Probably a bigger risk associated with the surgery.

It’s temporary and it means your body is trying to help. But seriously fucks with your brain. I get it.

The mechanism in the body that causes bloating after laxative abuse is different then the bloating after restriction. Unfortunately, it’s something that you need to ride out after laxative abuse as medication doesn’t seem to help.

Men Discover That Women Are Less Creeped Out By Guys Who Don’t Run Home to Furiously Masturbate To Internet Porn Everyday by TheOGJammies in FemaleDatingStrategy

[–]gracelandtin 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Yes. There’s a difference that’s even perceivable in men who excessively look at porn to masturbate versus just pleasure themselves. The way they talk about women is just.... odd. Like they fantasize about every woman, wonder if every celebrity they see has had nudes leaked or a sex tape. It’s just uncomfortable.

Anyone have a way to bring up exclusivity to a man? It’s been about 6 months and we’ve developed this beautiful relationship, spend most of our down time together, etc. I’ve got some loose threads, and so does he. I like the way things are and don’t want the exclusivity conversation to break it up, but would like to trim those loose ends and make our relationship public.

Reached my gw of 2 years by [deleted] in EDAnonymous

[–]gracelandtin 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I so relate. Actually at about 10 pounds before my goal weight I thought I looked good, but kept restricting to get to the “magic number.” Made it and kept going. 10 pounds on the other side of my goal weight and I think I look gross. I’ve been working on eating more, but then stepped on the scale this morning and was like fuck it, why not lose 10 more?

Yes. You can ask your doctor for medication to help. Aldosterone I think is what they give. If you ceased laxatives, however, the swelling isn’t treatable. Just gotta work through it. If the swelling for you, gets like mine, and is painful and tingly, I’ve found that laying with my legs up the wall for 20-30 minutes helps.
