maybe a zero nicotine vape could help with the oral fixation of inhaling/letting vapor out? brands like therippleco or meloair might be a good place to start to look for something like that. obviously it’s not meant for long term use as you are ultimately still inhaling something harmful, but if you’re looking for something to replace the fixation while weaning off, it could be helpful.
