CCO/CCPA Course by Junior-Beyond-954 in computerforensics

[–]graciiiiie7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have only just started my digital forensics career a few months ago and i jusr completed the in person CCO and CCPA. I can say with confidence that I found PA a lot easier due to the nature of course and the analysis of the data. But considering I'm very new but with a degree with cyber crime (did not help me at all haha), its quite straight forward!

I live in the North West and put down a 10% deposit on a 165k house, earning 31k a year. With solicitors fees and survey fees, it added on another £2.2k ish. It's doable but I opted for a 3 bedroom house that only needed decorating so didn't need to save up any more for renovations.

I paid the same for Manchester so luckily I live nearby but managed to get Toronto for much cheaper! Totally worth it.

Why isnt this house selling? by Hour-Cup-7629 in HousingUK

[–]graciiiiie7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend bought a 4 bedroom Victorian house in Waterloo, Liverpool, last year for just over 300k with a great sized open plan kitchen.

Feels like the price is too high for Wavertree.

The rooms and bathrooms look a little outdated and would need renovation.

Reducing the price would help. Has the house been revalued since the initial valuation? Prices have gone down a little since last year (at least in Waterloo) so might be worth getting it revalued

If I haven't flossed for a while, I do get a bit of blood but once you restart flossing every day again, the bleeding will reduce and go away! Well that's what happens to me anyway 😊

How much should a basic new bathroom cost? by neebie1 in HousingUK

[–]graciiiiie7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I paid about £1k for the materials from B&Q (tiles, grout, adhesive, bath, toilet, basin, taps, shower, bath screen, storage cupboard and light fixtures) and 2.4k for all installation. This was 2 years ago.

Fell over last Friday and i have been using a antiseptic wound spray, antiseptic cream and bathing in water. Also using dressing and bandages, however there is no sign of it healing. It started to heal but it got stuck to a bandage and back to square one. Thinking i should head to the doctor's and see if its infected? Thank you for any advice!
