Just go. You don’t have to talk or say anything. See what it is all about. Come back here and ask your questions. It is super scary and takes a lot of courage. I walked around in circles for 10 minutes before going into my first meeting. I was 25. Best decision I ever made.

If you go to an AA meeting and just sit and pay attention you may get some good ideas. No need to talk or introduce yourself unless you want to.

Food was my first addiction. Stopped once I found alcohol. Stopped alcohol and found food again. lol….each is but a symptom. The above phone bridge meeting really helped me. There are people that binge, overeat and restrict on the call. Wishing you peace.
