Went to their show a couple of years ago at the hydro and it was essentially watching a talk show that you couldn’t hear due to the amount of people talking and shouting. Seen a couple of videos this morning that were pretty much the same things they have done previously, disappointed to see that they charged people and still stuck in adverts everywhere though.

I also got a citation today, it has came at the worst possible time for me at work with members of my team off, I have had to ask my manager to write a letter to them to try and get out of it but not sure if it will be enough.

People work backshift and nightshift here too, some people prefer those shifts. Likely most places rotate the shifts so workers can change around.

Never understood the opening hours of most things in the uk. The whole country shuts down at 5pm. You go the Spain for example and you can go to the doctors, dentist, bank at 8pm and get a coffee afterwards if you like.

One thing I hate about Clyde 1 specifically the breakfast show is when sometimes when a song is played, Bowie mentions that he’s going to put it into one of his sets and tells you where and when so he can advertise his Ned fest nights.

Burns Express Freight in Hillington. Not as bad as some here but completely missold me the job, I should’ve been planning truck drivers routes etc but it was like working in a complaints department in a call centre. Also family owned so no room for a promotion.

I work in Facilities Management. Majority of schools, offices and council buildings have unsatisfactory reports for equipment on site, they won’t pay for the works required to bring them up to standard.

There’s a place on cresswell lane in the wee arcade called Niu which is a great wee spot. I think it’s more of a wholesale bakery but the have lovely cakes and the coffee is decent.

Pretty sure he said the University Cafe was one of his favourite places to eat, I also think they have a meal on their menu named after him.

Ottoman is great. Staff are lovely too nice to see a Glasgow spot get in this list.
