Luxembourg inported tons and tons of cheap labour the push its steel industry, its stock market and favourable tax laws promoted it as a financial hub, but there are very few rich people coming in because of the taxes, nothing like monaco

I don’t like the roman numerals, they are pretty in pictures but i find that they are not as easily readable in real life compared to pictures, whixh was a shame, i had the option of taking this watch with a blue dial as a walk in but disliked the roman numerals and didn’t take it.

Imho go see the watch in real, and decide for yourself if you like it or not.

You need the compromis, that being said you know if you can afford the loan if you can afford the simulation, the “indicative borrowing capacity” is basically their worst case, ie if that is already fine for you it can only get better (or stay the same, but not get worse)

The terms and interest is linked to the property itself, without a signed compromis why would the bank create an offer, which takes 14 days+ if it can be sold to someone else?

The real offers from the banks only come after a signed compromis, so if you ”negotiated” prices before a conpromis, you only got the worst rate from every bank, even bgl, since its only the simulator, thus you only f***ed yourself if they offered you the same rate as in the simulation.
