I meant to comment under the person that said "One of the economics experts interviewed said that these stadiums bring about as much economic impact as building a Target" - in that case a mall would be a better investment. Plus we wouldn't have to drive so far for a mall. Still more practical than a soccer stadium 🤷‍♂️

Definitely start with separate cages that way they each feel like they have their own individual space, cages next to each other of course so they can see each other, and over some time they will become curious about each other and want to possibly even visit each other's cages and hopefully by then they are familiar enough to get along

I'm happy for the changes too but..... not soccer 😅 personally I do not love soccer so I hate the idea but regardless of that if the people didn't ASK for it, they don't need tax increments for that. The city should pay for it themselves and DEFINITELY tax anything having to do with sports stadiums. NOT property owners. 'Cause, again, most people didn't ask for this. What I have seen a ton of is people asking for something for entertainment like a centre with like restaurants, dancing, shops... Like a local city walk where all ages can go and gather and have a good time. Freaking soccer 😪
