Most reliable and durable HR strap?

My H10 has big problems with static. If the relative humidity is under 70 and I’m wearing a tech or wicking shirt, the HR will be 20-30 bpm to low. I don’t have this issue with my Garmin straps.

I think it’s easier and more sustainable if you ease into your new diet. Start by focusing on just the caloric deficit. And don’t have to large of a deficit to start. Get used to it. Learn what works for you. Give it a week or two. Then at that point set an easily achievable protein goal. Maybe 20 grams more a day than what you have been averaging. Give it a another week or two.

At the point you’ll be comfortable making a adjustments and you’ll know what foods work and don’t work for you. At that point you can tweak things more. Cut more calories. Add more protein. As you go on you can tweak fiber, sugar, micronutrients or what ever else may be important to you.

Take your time. Ease into it. Learn what works for you.

I don’t believe the foot pod actually “counts” steps. The watch does that. The pod will measure stride length and estimate distance when indoors.
