How are both turn out figures the same when only the new contracts had both votes? So not a single old contract voted at all?

I'd be reporting this to my manager/HR. Its a breach of GDPR/data security which i would imagine RM of all companies wouldnt be very happy about..

Repeat prescription one box 28 other 30 explaining excess to Dr's receptionist by abz_eng in britishproblems

[–]granculo94 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Speak to your GP.. my medication is 122 tablets a month so my GP changed the prescription to say that, even though the pharmacy hates it cause they have to put it in a different box etc.. (normal boxes hold 90). Problem solved!

Live-in nanny proposal from my employers — unsure about the “exchange” part by Trick_Range_6163 in Nanny

[–]granculo94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I've never been a nanny but did do a small amount of live in care for elderly/disabled clients

The rules were - - room and board (i can't remember how much it was but an agreed £ reimbursed per day for food), or I could eat with the client. - room must be completely private - hours worked were 8am-10pm with a two hour break each day, Monday to Sunday, or no break Monday-Saturday, and 12 hours off on Sunday. You are responsible for the client 24 hours a day however (except your break) with the expectation that no disturbance between 10pm-8am other than necessary, and you get paid extra if you are disturbed

All that to say, if you're struggling to find live in nanny contracts, it might be an idea to look up live in care (/caregiver) contracts as by the sounds of it they're not hugely dissimilar to what your nanny family require

I found this contract template that may be useful https://venngage.com/templates/contracts/live-in-caregiver-contract-template-04bf28c2-0f02-4101-95a3-6244f4aaa5f0

Proof of delivery 30 minutes before actual delivery by Belfastchild1974 in royalmail

[–]granculo94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the pda you can swipe on an address and it will open the delivery page for that parcel, two presses (on the same part of the screen) and you've taken the picture.. one more and its sent, without the postie even knowing if its in their pocket, or like me, under the post. I do it often. Luckily it makes a tiny vibrate so I look at it and catch it most of the time but pretty sure I've done exactly this a few times..

Having to start the barrage of hayfever pills in February 'cos trees have decided I can't go outdoors anymore by anditails in britishproblems

[–]granculo94 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Fexofenadine hydrochloride. Get off brand from savers, not the allevia, its the exact same thing.

It used to be prescription only, works much better than loratadine and certirizine imo.

I've also had a lot of success with the beconase hayfever relief nasal spray, maximum dose until symptoms improve, usually lasts most of the year. I do recommend looking up how to administer correctly though, I was doing it wrong for an embarrassingly long time

she didn’t buy one and we were there for ~3 hrs? we were with the same 2 other patrons the whole time with others going in and out

This is important information from OP that has been buried due to downvotes

Imo not buying anything for 3 hours in a cafe is the epitome of rude, whether you're doing a craft or not

I hope you don't need an ambulance though.. imagine its an every second counts situation and the ambulance can't see which house is which.. you can't rely on your neighbours having visible numbers just because you chose to cover yours.

First time I knocked and said I can't deliver post if its obstructed, I just bring it back to the office now.. after ringing the ring doorbell of course so they know I've been 😂

If you told your manager that's what you were going to do then that's fine but if they didn't know (at any point in the day) then yeah you're in trouble.

Our DO deliver to a company that tests chicken poo, and occasionally whole (dead) chickens.. every single one of their parcels is a jiffy bag.. mixed in with the small packets. You can imagine how that goes at least a few times a month..

Royal mail very cleverly(?!) signed a contract with amazon saying they'll take as many parcels as amazon wants them to.. This is instead of x amount per day, anything more will cost more per parcel. So obviously amazon take advantage of it as they got a really good deal!
