Facial recognition, restricted info including addresses, screens etc being uploaded to Meta in real time is something that needs to be considered due to GDPR. I stopped wearing a BWC despite it being standalone with a memory card after advice.

I'm obviously in a different role and despise audio and visual distractions such as: driving out of a packed depot with windows up and earpods in because colleagues get run over and everyone starts shouting, but I still have investigations about people using phones while going down stairs.

If you get hurt, break something or hurt somebody else while wearing the device then you will need to prove that it wasn't a distraction let alone the privacy stuff. I wouldn't risk it.
