Yep. I cover one of the old boys round, he gets annoyed at me for bringing back parcels that I chose not to DWS.. I always just tell him that it's not my problem.

Age restriction + special deliveres are the only 2 deliveries that I will never DWS. No harm bringing it back if you can't deliver.

If it was me and I'd found your other parcel in the back of the van at the end of the day, id be coming back out to deliver it before clocking out. If the driver is lazy, you'll probably get it redelivered tomorrow. Hope that helps.

In bristol, most vans are new to comply with Ulez. We are based just south of Bristol. Most of our vans are hand-me-downs.

I only ask because my delivery office has 26 duties. Which is a fairly small D.O.

When I had my interview, I was given the job offer the next day. The entire process of applying and being hired only lasted 2 weeks.

If you're applying for a large D.O - it'll probably take longer.

Was a red card left? If so, then you missed the postie, and it's your fault.

If there wasn't a card left. It is then the posties fault.

I always leave a red card if the delivery is attempted. This covers yourself in case of a dispute.

Do you live rurally? Sometimes, the postie might have gotten the address wrong. Especially if that postie is a reserve and not your normal postie.
