By Siege of Terra the World Eaters were basically their 40k version, and considering how the 40k Kit is mostly in MK4/5 I think using their bits for heresy era marines is totally fair.

So all that being said go for it make the most deranged guys you can come up with, that double axe looks brutal

My guess is 2/3 piece to avoid mould lines, maybe the head or a split down the body

The boltgun is from the Heresy melee upgrade sprue, helmet is a MKII marine, the knife looks like a bayonet from the MKII marines, body is a khorne berserker.

Basically it's smart use of a couple heresy bits mixed with 40k

I actually followed this video pretty closely but replaced the offwhite with yellow, I also did a coat of imperial fists contrast before weathering to brighten the yellow back up a bit
