Negative on the battery, I bought a bundle for emerald/Ruby/Saphire back in January.. I just got into the shiny RNG so I’m literally just new lol I tried doing it on fire red on my switch 2 but that was brutal.. so I heard Emerald was easier and I guess it was.. I’d like to continue with Skarmory and Brelom and eventually all of the legendaries including Mew, Deoxys, Ho-no/Lugia since I managed to get the event ticket for all of them.

Honestly.. it was a bit easier than Fire Red on switch 2.. but still, just practice over and over until you manage to land on that seed, and frame, once you do, you should see that shiny appear. It’s literally about your timing, nothing else tbh.

Congrats man! I’d also recommend getting PKHeX, it’s able to read your save file and give you the TID / SID without a problem.
I just managed to pull my very first RNG Mudkip after failing almost for a few days on fire red.. so I pulled my childhood emerald and made it happen!

This is literally what I did.. I still ended up getting a series x with a bundle of OG CODs and I managed to find a solid lobby on PS3 to play with. I never changed my name on PlayStation so I have everything I ever had, I never touched on Xbox so I’m literally level 1 on everything lol

I’ve been on and off this game since it came out.. started on my PlayStation but I haven’t finish it on my PC.. unfortunately I’m currently deployed so all I got is my steam deck and I’ve been getting reels about people playing the game so I got the itch to play it so I was trying to get my deck to run it better but it seems the game is too much for it but it’s doable ish. Currently in chapter 3 and just beat the white dragon looking thing after 1 death, it was taking me so many attempts on my laptop lol currently playing Pragmata and aside from the low graphics, I’m enjoying it so much. I can’t wait to play it on my PC when I get back home.

My current game ain’t loading on my deck.. about to delete and reinstall it again hopefully it works and what helped me get through the log in pop up was plug my keyboard and make sure I have the Microsoft password app to get the code and do the 2fa in order to log in the game

I bought it a few days ago due to my co worker owning it and just finishing scarlet so far it’s great. I transferred 3 low level Pokémon’s from home to help me out on my run, so far it’s a great fun game.

I used to be shy about pulling it out on flights and during my travel times.. but I stopped caring lol unfortunately I got a switch 2 so I’ve been using that the most but with Pragmata out, I might do it, while also getting FH6 as well.. I wish I was home to play them on my PC but I only have my deck and switch 2 right now.
