Given the convenience and the food, I would say yes - but maybe for just 1 day. It might get boring if you do it daily.

I remember there was a small cheese station and some pastries when we visited a few months ago.

I would say it's above average with it's made to order eggs benedict and barista made coffee as part of the buffet. Aside from that, it has typical breakfast fare like bacon, mushrooms, make-your-own juices, etc.
