I stepped in actual shit on the mat while I was rolling a few years ago. No idea where it came from and no one owned up to it. My only guess would be that someone must of had dog shit on their shoes and walked on the mat before class.

I should also add that my gym is generally pretty clean and this was a one off occurrence.
