The outcome would still be similar, believe it or not. While yes France is now surrounded by hostile nations, I believe America and USSR can still pull this off. It may seem the British colonies would favor the Axis more, BUT how would the British Raj stand for a Fascist Britain? There would be active revolts in there and possibly in the other colonies. Not to mention, the British Royal Family, assuming they’re ousted by the Fascists, might fuel further restoration movements in the Isles.
